2023년 8월 학위수여식을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

 

1. 일시 및 장소 : 2023년 8월 18일(금) 오후 2시, 본관 대강당(하나홀)

   2시에 학위수여식이 시작됩니다.

 

2. 학위수여식에 참석하시는 박사학위 수여자분들은 1시 20분까지 대강당에 착석해 주셔야 합니다.

  (앞쪽에 지정 좌석이 있습니다.)

 

3. 시간이 지나서 오시거나 사전에 참석여부를 불참으로 회신하시거나 미회신하신 경우

    단상에 올라가실 수 없습니다.

 

4. 박사학위수여자의 학위증서는 식장 단상에서 총장님께서 직접 수여합니다.

   석사학위수여자 및 동행하시는 분들은 앞쪽 지정좌석을 제외하고 앉으시기 바랍니다.

5. 주차 : 학위수여식 당일 본교 출입 차량에 대하여 오전9시~ 오후 6시 무료주차 적용

   단, 오후 6시 이후 출차 시 주차요금 전액 부과됩니다.

 

6.  학위기 수령(신분증 지참)

 - 학위기 등기우편 송부 신청 : 신청서 양식을 8월 21일(월)에 졸업생 분들에게 이메일로 발송해 드릴 예정입니다.

 - 학위기 직접수령 일시 : 2023. 8. 18.(금) 이후(오후 4시 이전에 방문하시기 바랍니다.)

 - 학위기 직접수령 장소 : 본관 3층 대학원행정실

 

7.  기타 안내사항

 - 학위증명서는 2023년 8월 18일(금)부터 발급됩니다.

The following is the announcement of the graduation ceremony in August 2023.

1. Date and place: August 18, 2023 (Fri) 2 p.m., Main Building Auditorium (Hana Hall)
   - The degree ceremony begins at 14:00

2. Ph.D. degree awardees need to attend at the ceremony must be seated in the auditorium by 13:20.
    (There is a reserved seat in front.)

3. Those who comes during the ceremony, reply to your absence in advance, or fail to reply are not allowed to go up to the podium.

 

4. The degree certificate of the Ph.D. recipient is presented directly by the president at the ceremony podium.
    Those who receive master's degrees and accompany them, please sit except for the designated seats in the front.

5. Parking: Free parking is applied to vehicles entering campus from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the day of the graduation ceremony
    Caution : if you leave after 6 p.m., you will be charged a full parking fee.

6. Receipt of Degree (ID card is needed)
 - Applying for delivery : The application form will be emailed to graduates on August 21st (Monday).
 - For direct receiving the degree, please visit Graduate School Office after August 18, 2023 (Fri), please visit before 4 p.m.)

7. Other Guidelines
 - Online Degree certificates will be issued from August 18, 2023 (Fri).
