상위과정 이수학점 인정 신청을 다음과 같이 안내하오니 참조하시기 바랍니다 .

 

 

1. 대 상 : 2023 학년도 2 학기 박사 신입생 및 미제출 재학생 (본교 일반대학원 졸업자에 한함 )

 

 

2. 해당사항 : 석사과정에서 24 학점을 초과하여 이수한 학점 중 B0 이상 교과목으로 6 학점까지 인정

 

 

3. 제출서류

1) 학생 제출서류 : ①상위과정이수학점인정 신청서 (첨부문서), ②석사과정 성적증명서

2) 학과 제출서류 : 학점인쇄표 (각 전공 학과사무실에서 전공인정 후 인쇄한 학점인쇄표) 

 

 

4. 제출기간 : 2023. 9. 25.(월) ~ 10. 6.(금)

 

 

5. 제 출 처 : 학생 → 각 학과 사무실 (종합 /입력 , 학점인정표 출력 ) →지도 /주임교수 서명 → 대학원행정실

 

 

6. 확 인 : 10 월 중순이후 학적부에 반영예정 (포탈 → 학사행정 → 졸업 → 학적 및 성적현황 )

** 유의사항 : 포탈내 학생 확인 성적은 등급 (A+,A, B+)으로 반영되어 있으나

대외용 제출 서류인 성적증명서에는 P (Pass) 로 반영되어 평점평균에는 포함되지

않음을 유의 하시기 바랍니다 .

 

※ 석사 과정 학생은 (학부 과정 중 이수한 과목으로 ) 자동으로 처리되오니 10월 이후 학적에 반영이 안된 경우 별도로 학과에 문의하시기 바랍니다 .

 

 

 

   

Application of Credit of Upper Course

 

Please refer to the following information about application of credit of Upper Course.

 

1.Who : New Ph.D. students and unsubmitted students in the Fall Semester of 2023 (only graduates of the INHA general graduate school)

 

2.Relevant Details: Up to 6 credits are accredited as subjects above B0 among credits completed in excess of 24 credits in the master's course.

 

3.Required Documents

1) Application of credit of upper course (Attached document), Trascript of the Master’s course

2) School register, printed credit card (Department Office)

 

4.Submission period : Sep 25(Mon.) ~Oct 6(Fri.)

 

5.Where : Students – Each Departments (Synthesize/input, print credit card) - signature of Academic Advisor/Head of Department – Graduate School Administration Office

 

6.Confirmation : Supposed to be reflected in the school register in October (Portal → 학사행정 → Graduation → Academic record and grade status)

** Notes : Please note that the student confirmation grades on the portal are reflected in grades (A+, A, B+), but the transcript, which is an external document, is reflected as P (Pass), so it is not included in the average score.

 

※ The master's course (subjects completed during the undergraduate course) will be automatically processed, so if it is not reflected in the school records after October, please contact us separately.
