■ 제출대상자 : 2023년 8월 졸업예정자

 

■ 온라인 제목 입력(포탈) 및 서류제출 기간 : 2023. 4. 3(월) ~ 14(금)

  * 조기졸업 희망자는 학과의 승인이 필요하오니 사전에 학과에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

    (석사 및 박사과정은 한 학기, 통합과정은 두 학기 범위 내에서 신청가능)

  * 심사용(가제본) 논문은 2023. 4. 21(금)까지 세부전공으로 제출 가능

 

■ 제출처 : 세부전공 사무실

 

■ 제출서류(학과사무실에 제출)

  1) (석사, 박사)학위 청구논문 심사신청서

  2) (석사, 박사)학위 청구논문 심사위원 추천서

  3) 논문 게재, 발표실적 확인서

   ※ 논문(연구)실적 인정 확인 : 각 세부전공 사무실 문의

   ※ 장학의무사항 : 장학담당자 (☎032-860-8385)

  4) 심사용 논문(석사 3부, 박사 5부) : 4. 21(금)까지

  5) 논문 표절 검사 진행을 권장하며 검사 결과는 제출 불필요

   ※ 공식적인 표절 검사 결과는 논문 완성본 기준으로 검사를 진행한 뒤 결과 제출

■ 제목입력 및 가상계좌 확인 : http://portal.inha.ac.kr → 학사행정 → (대학원) 졸업

  → 학위수여심사신청(학생용) → 제목 입력 → 저장 → 인쇄 (우측 상단 가상계좌 확인)

 

■ 심사료

  - 석사 : ￦90,000

  - 박사 : ￦500,000

 

■ 심사료 납부처 : 하나은행 가상계좌(2023. 4. 3(월) 09:00 ~ 14.(금) 18:00)

  ※ 가상계좌 : http://portal.inha.ac.kr → 학사행정→ (대학원) 졸업

   → 학위수여심사신청(학생용) → 제목입력 → 저장 → 인쇄 (우측 상단 가상계좌 확인)

 

■ 기타사항

 1) 금학기 재입학자는 신청할 수 없습니다.

 2) 지난 학기 졸업보류자는 다시 심사 받을 필요가 없으며 추후 논문완성본 제출 기간에 맞 춰 기타 졸업미비요건

    충족 및 논문 완성본 제출을 완료하시기 바랍니다.

 3) 연구실 안전교육대상자는 졸업학기 연구실안전교육을 2023. 7. 7.(금)까지 반드시 수료 (해당자에 한함)

■ Who: Prospective graduates in August 2023

 

■ Online Thesis Title Input (INS Portal) and Document Submission
⇒ 3 Apr(Mon) ~ 14 Apr(Fri)

 

■ Applicants who wish to graduate early need to be approved by the department, For more information, contact us in advance.

(master's and doctoral programs can be applied for within one semester and integration courses within two semesters)

 

■ Examination Papers (temporary binding) can be submitted to the department office by 21 Apr(Fri)

 

■ Required Documents (Submit to the department office)

 1) Application for Thesis/Dissertation Examination

 2) Recommendation Letter of Judges for Thesis/Dissertation Examination

 3) Certificate for publication of papers or publication results

   ※ Check the Thesis (Research) results : Each department office

   ※ Scholarship Requirements: Scholarship Officer (☎032-860-8385)

 4) Thesis for examination(3 Copies for Master, 5 Copies for Ph.D) : ~ 21 Apr(Fri)

 5) Anti-plagiarism test is recommended but does not need to be submitted.

    7 Jul(Fri.) (for those who are eligibility only)
